Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and grow a busy auto service location. This role focuses on team leadership, scheduling, inventory control, payroll, and delivering the Take 5 standard of service.

Experience is valued but not required, with paid training and a fast track to leadership roles. Base salary potential reaches up to $55k+ plus bonus opportunities, plus benefits and a strong promotion track.

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, interview and train new crew members.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and performing end-of-period activities.
• Placing product orders and restocking stock as needed.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results within budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil change and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
