Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to showcase leadership and customer service skills in a fast-paced shop environment. Paid training will teach you how to manage a location, perform oil changes, and handle maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on Take 5 processes.
• Willingness to learn and lead a team in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are where they need to be and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill Take 5 duties.
• Drain motor oil and change oil filters, and perform other light maintenance services.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
