Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume Shop Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
• Run the floor and ensure customers are served and satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Conduct oil changes and light maintenance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, office, and bathrooms.
