Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to lead a team of glass technicians and customer service staff. The role offers PAID TRAINING at $25/hour with a clear path to promotion as a Shop Manager, with potential earnings from $50k to $65k+ per year after training.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.
• Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting End of Period inventory checks.
