Job summary

Auto Glass Now is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. The role includes recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, inventory control, and budget awareness to deliver exceptional customer service and shop performance.

Paid training begins at $25/hour, with promotion opportunities within 60 days to $65k+ annually. A strong leadership mindset and willingness to work varied hours in airports, retail locations, or mobile settings are

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.
• Create employee schedules and submit payroll.
• Balance registers, close out invoices, and make bank deposits.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely.
• Support other team members with duties such as responding to customers questions and repairing glass.
