Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, seeks a Shop Manager to lead windshields repair/replacement teams at Illinois locations. Paid training starts at $25/hour with promotion opportunities to $65k+ after completion.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required to apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Must pass a drug test for safety.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.
• Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting periodic audits.
• Balancing registers and closing out invoices.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting other team members with customer questions and repairs.
