Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, seeks a Shop Manager to lead automotive glass repair teams across airports, retail locations, or mobile operations in California. We offer paid training and pathways to higher leadership roles.

Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and driving store performance with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Training starts at $25/hr with opportunities to exceed $65k annually after progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is valued but not required.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train staff.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and basic budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new glass techs and customer service reps.
• Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and performing EOP/EOY tasks.
• Balancing registers, closing invoices, and making deposits.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations and supporting the team.
