You’d be responsible for:

1. Supervising the shop program
2. Managing vehicle and machine maintenance programs and purchases
3. Negotiating and procuring construction materials for multiple jobs and locations
4. Ensuring materials are acquired cost-effectively without compromising quality, reliability, or urgency
5. Interviewing vendors, analyzing quotes, recommending resources, and scheduling deliveries
6. Obtaining delivery certifications and reviewing received materials against orders
7. Verifying and approving invoices
8. Developing and maintaining records and files
9. Demonstrating ethical behavior and promoting a positive work environment

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic
• Customer service experience
• Ability to provide your own tools
