Now Hiring: Shop Manager – Salem, OR
We’re excited to partner with a leading construction company in Salem, OR to find a dynamic, hands-on Shop Manager ready to lead a talented team and make a big impact!

As the Shop Manager, you’ll oversee production operations, lead a crew of seven, and ensure top-tier quality in everything that leaves the shop. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) leadership role where you’ll drive team performance, safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily shop and delivery operations
• Manage production scheduling and resource planning
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and craftsmanship
• Drive quality control initiatives and process improvement
• Motivate, train, and develop your team

What You Bring:
• 3–5 years in a production leadership role (custom cabinetry/woodworking a plus!)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety
• Experience with production planning tools and inventory systems
• A proactive, integrity-driven mindset that matches our client’s core values
