Qualifications

• Proven experience in a shop management or lead technician role.
• Knowledge of truck upfitting, fabrication, or heavy equipment installation.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, and technical docs.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license; CDL or certs a plus.
