Job summary

Diamondback Mechanical Group is seeking a full-time Shop/Inventory Manager to maintain accurate stock levels, handle purchase orders, and stage morning jobs. You will ensure technicians have the correct parts, track purchasing, and keep the shop organized for daily operations.

The role supports service and installation teams, with emphasis on inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and efficient job staging. Enjoy competitive pay and weekly direct deposit in a growing HVAC-focused company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, including forklift.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control – monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts.
• Purchasing & Receiving – create, track, receive, and reconcile purchase orders with suppliers.
• Job staging – organize and stage parts/equipment for morning installs.
• Shop organization – maintain clean, safe, labeled environment with minimum stock levels.
• Local supply runs for parts and materials for active jobs.
