Pronto Plumbing is seeking a hands-on Warehouse / Parts Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Camp Hill, PA. You will manage inventory, purchasing, and warehouse workflows to keep technicians supplied for plumbing, HVAC, and drain service teams.

You will oversee receiving, stocking, cycle counts, vendor relations, and cost control while promoting a safe, organized environment. Service Titan CRM experience is a plus, but not required; leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 direct reports to manage, schedule & grow.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another skilled-trades environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage inventory accurately and stay ahead of material needs
• Comfortable working with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
• Good computer and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced service environment
• Dependable, hands-on approach to warehouse operations
• Leadership experience and the ability to maintain warehouse processes and inventory standards

Responsabilités

• Maintain organized, clean, safe warehouse; receive deliveries and verify orders.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts, track inventory, and address discrepancies.
• Keep technician trucks stocked and coordinate materials and equipment for scheduled jobs.
• Order parts and supplies, compare pricing and availability, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Manage unused materials, warranty returns, vendor credits, and accurate receiving records.
