Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or admin related role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Proficient with Windows computer, basic typing, email and office apps.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, sorting, labeling, and checking of incoming parts.
• Ensure parts match invoices and are undamaged.
• Receive parts using parts lists and Tekmetric.
• Distribute parts to technicians and departments promptly.
• Organize storage areas and label small parts for transport.
• Keep shop floor clear and collaborate with the GS for cleanliness.
• Process material invoicing and post invoices daily.
• Handle returns and credits for parts, follow up weekly.
