• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new technicians, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Monitor and control department expenses, optimizing resources and maintaining profitability.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Pay

$120,000 to $180,000 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary ranging from $96,000 - $120,000 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $24,000 to $60,000 per year based on performance.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
