As the Automotive Foreman - Service Manager, you continuously orchestrate the daily flow of the service department, ensuring every task is executed with precision. You supervise work quality across all repairs, meticulously verifying that every vehicle is serviced correctly the first time. Your leadership is key as you efficiently manage the workflow, which includes giving clear, timely orders to employees and delegating tasks to maximize productivity. You multitask and follow up on ongoing jobs, tracking their progress and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded, with a focus on hitting performance targets.
