Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in truck or body shop repair.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and refinishing for heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or able to obtain one.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on trucks.
• Repair body damage and refinishing to restore appearance.
• Inspect trucks to ensure quality before delivery.
• Assist in installation of mechanical components on heavy-duty trucks.
• Adopt new techniques to improve repair efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
