Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station Bryan CDJR is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman or Lead Technician to help lead one of the area's busiest CDJR service departments. If you're succeeding in a Ford, GM, Chevrolet, Buick GMC, CDJR, or other domestic OEM dealership, you're likely looking for a better opportunity.

Competenze

• 2+ years as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment.
• 0-1+ years of experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer.
• Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise; proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance.
• Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Support daily shop operations and technician workflow.
• Dispatch and prioritizing repair orders.
• Be the technical resource for technicians and advisors.
• Develop apprentice, entry-level, and experienced technicians.
