Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station is seeking a Certified CDJR Technician to join our high-performing Service Team. You will diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles using OEM tools and training, while delivering exceptional workmanship.

You’ll work in a high-volume shop with a strong workflow for customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive Total Rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive technician experience.
• Current CDJR/Stellantis Certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, electrical, and advanced vehicle systems.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, and service information systems.
• Complete customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians for timely completion.
• Stay current with OEM training and certification requirements.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals.
