Valley Equipment Co., a division of Winchester Equipment Co., selling, renting and servicing top-of-the-line agricultural, construction, material handling and outdoor power equipment, has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman / Assistant Service Manager.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Support Service Manager with scheduling, labor efficiency tracking and workload planning
• Manage, support and mentor a team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient, safe and high-quality repairs
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues and assist technicians as needed
• Perform and verify quality control checks on completed repairs
• Address and help resolve customer concerns related to service work

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a Service Department or leading a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and service management software
