Winchester Equipment Co. in Winchester, VA seeks a skilled Service Technician / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to diagnose, maintain and repair compact and heavy equipment.

This hands-on role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety and teamwork in a fast-paced shop and field setting. You will service Bobcat, Kubota, Caterpillar and similar brands, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, and document service reports for customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Service Technician or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Experience with Bobcat, Kubota, Caterpillar, John Deere or similar brands preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in shop or field service.
• Must provide personal tools for use.

Winchester Equipment Co., is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our growing team in Winchester, VA. We sell,rent and service industry-leading Kubota agricultural, Bobcat compact equipment, Toyota material handling and Stihl outdoor power equipment, along with various top-of-the-line equipment used in commercial, residential and agricultural projects.

Position overview

As a Service Technician, you will perform diagnostic, maintenance and repair work on compact equipment including skid steers, compact track loaders, excavators, tractors and related equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills who take pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Bobcat and other compact construction equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance, hydraulic and electrical repairs and component replacements

• Must provide personal tools for use
