Job summary

Winchester Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Writer to handle repair orders, schedule service appointments, provide cost/time estimates, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent customer service and telephone/computer skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and detail-oriented; construction equipment experience preferred. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and intake of customer descriptions of equipment issue.

• Assigning to technicians and providing cost/time estimates for repairs.
• Communicating customer concerns to technicians and keeping customers informed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout service process.
