Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a dependable Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage technician schedules, dispatch calls, and ensure clear communication between customers and field staff.

Ideal candidates will have prior dispatching or CS experience, strong multitasking, and proficiency with scheduling software. This on-site role offers growth, stability, and a supportive team culture with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• CSR/ Dispatching Plumbing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule plumbing service appointments and maintain technician calendars.
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, location, and urgency.
• Communicate job details clearly to technicians and customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and completed work.
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, invoices, and documentation.
• Assist with rescheduling, emergency requests, and routing changes as needed.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Support office operations and administrative tasks when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
