Job summary

Crain Kia of Fayetteville | High-Volume Service Department seeks a Service Operations Coordinator to keep the shop moving in real time. You will dispatch repair orders, track status, and coordinate with technicians, parts, and management to prevent delays and ensure work flows efficiently.

This role rewards proactive problem-solving and ownership, with opportunities to lead operations and improve shop throughput in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet maintenance, manufacturing scheduling or high-volume service environments.
• Ability to keep a fast-moving shop flowing while managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Strong real-time communication with technicians and team members.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill and workload.
• Track the status of every vehicle in the shop to prevent delays.
• Follow up with technicians in real time rather than at day end.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve them before they become problems.
• Coordinate with parts, advisors and management to maintain workflow.
• Ensure work is completed in the right order, at the right time, by the right person.
• Maintain urgency, clear communication and execution standards.
