• Solicit, assign, and monitor onsite vendors for repairs and cost control.
• Monitor shop expenses and maintain budget while improving cost efficiency.
• Promote safety and lead safety meetings and inspections.
• Schedule inbound equipment and manage repairs by priority to maximize utilization.
• Assign work orders to technicians and maintain orderly workflow to meet deadlines.
• Perform operational tasks such as estimates and downtime reporting.
