The position involves staffing, performance management, and time/attendance tasks, with potential shifts including nights or weekends and possible outdoor work. Full-time attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related inventory experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR per JB Hunt standards.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliances up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Manage complete inventory of parts at the terminal, including PO processing, inbound receipts, and stocking.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with regulations.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, and time/attendance for junior staff.
• Generate regular inventory reports and optimize inventory levels across terminal/service trucks.
• Ensure parts are billed to equipment per work orders and validated for quality.
