Job summary

J.B. Hunt is seeking a Parts Supervisor in Memphis to lead a team of junior parts personnel. You will manage inventory, process orders, and receive shipments while maintaining accurate records in our systems.

The role also covers staffing, performance reviews, and time/attendance, with potential for outdoor work and multi-shift schedules, including night/weekend hours. A forklift cert and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related inventory experience or military equivalent.
• Forklift certification required and valid driver's license.
• Clean motor vehicle record per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete inventory of parts at the terminal, including PO processing and inbound shipments.
• Verify receipts, stock parts in proper locations, and update information systems.
• Maintain safety culture and promote a safe work environment.
• Conduct staffing, performance management, annual reviews, and time/attendance tasks.
• Perform cycle counts and inventories; ensure parts billed to equipment per work orders.
