Job summary

FLSmidth in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to support local operations on site. You will advise leaders, manage employee relations, coach teams, and drive talent development while collaborating with NAMER and global colleagues.

You will handle the full employee lifecycle, oversee HR processes in Workday, ensure compliance, and contribute to regional initiatives that elevate the employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience in an operational/manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and manage employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders on engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee full lifecycle HR activities, onboarding, changes, and HR systems.
• Coordinate training and support regional/global People Experience initiatives.
