Job summary

You will mentor supervisors and team leads, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and HR, and drive continuous improvement, standard work, and waste reduction to support customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily manufacturing activities across production areas.
• Translate schedules and customer priorities into daily expectations.
• Monitor production progress; address safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinate labor and resources between production areas.
• Lead and develop supervisors and team leads; establish accountability.
• Drive shop-floor continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Escalate capacity, staffing, material, or quality risks to Plant Manager.
