Arrowhead Talent Solutions is assisting a rapidly growing manufacturer in Canton, Ohio to hire an Operations Manager. You will oversee daily production across multiple shifts, drive performance, and establish reliable accountability.

This role emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, warehouse, and office staff, and the implementation of lean practices to sustain improvements and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing front-line supervisors or production leads, not solely hourly staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
• Coordinate production schedules, labor, maintenance priorities, and commitments.
• Build a culture with clear expectations, measurable performance, and accountability.
• Coach supervisors through feedback, evaluations, and corrective action.
• Lead daily production meetings and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Prioritize maintenance and ensure equipment is ready for service.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, shipping, and office staff.
• Implement workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop supervisors and identify future leaders.
