Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Quality Engineering support across manufacturing operations, with primary day-to-day coverage of Sub-Assembly, Assembly, and End-of-Line/Functional Test.
• Monitor, analyze, validate, and report manufacturing quality performance, including First Time Pass Rates, Overall Pass Rates, test performance, and other assigned Quality KPIs.
• Investigate production and test abnormalities through process observation, data analysis, product tracing, test and inspection review, and verification of established controls.
• Maintain a visible Quality Engineering presence on the production floor, partnering with Operations and Quality Control to identify and respond to emerging quality concerns.
• Develop initial problem statements, gather and validate relevant evidence, coordinate immediate response and containment, and elevate complex or systemic issues to the appropriate Senior Quality Engineer or process owner.
