Job summary

Nemak is seeking a seasoned Lean Transformation Lead to drive the shop floor management model across Nemak America Plants, collaborating with the consulting team and plant management.

You will design diagnostics, deploy workshops to co-design five elements, implement solutions, and report progress, risks, and incidents to the Lean & shop floor management and operations teams using ADKAR-based change management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ related experience in Lean Manufacturing and Transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
• Experience in Manufacturing and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design a shop floor management diagnosis.
• Deploy workshops to co-design the 5 shop floor management elements with plant management.
• Implement solutions for the 5 shop floor management elements.
• Deliver project status, gaps or incidents to Lean & shop floor management and operations managers.
