Job summary

IonQ, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a skilled manufacturing and supply chain operations professional to bridge production execution and planning.

You will manage WOs, inventory data, and material availability while supporting scheduling and capacity planning on the shop floor. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in operations, hands-on ERP/MRP experience, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for data accuracy, enabling cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality, and engineering teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, production control, or supply chain ops.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Track WOs through production status; own WO closure and de-issuance.
• Run weekly de-issuance triage cadence and manage capacity.
• Execute kit pulls and stage material to the line.
• Own kanban replenishment and P.O.U. material management.
• Perform floor-level material moves and adjustments; reduce errors.
• Be the single point of contact for material queries on the floor.
• Provide real-time material status to the floor and resolve questions.
• Expedite shorts identified by Planning and escalate as needed.
• Track WIP and maintain accuracy across the line.
• Run POU cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity.
• Identify and report discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Feed floor signals back to Planning to prevent shortages.
• Interface with ME on ECO/DR/ECR changes and with warehouse on replenishment.
• Author and maintain SOPs for floor material execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in floor material flow and space.
