IonQ, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a Factory Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will own the production schedule, translate forecast into executable build plans, release work orders in NetSuite, and ensure material availability to keep manufacturing moving.

The role is hands-on in a high-mix, evolving environment requiring disciplined data hygiene, clear communication with production and procurement, and strong analysis of BOMs, routings and capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and planning parameters.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to read BOMs, routings, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the production schedule based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Create, release, and close work orders in NetSuite; maintain start dates, due dates, and quantities.
• Level-load the schedule against labor, tooling, and capacity; identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate kitting and material staging to keep builds moving.
• Maintain item master, BOM, and routing data in the ERP; drive data accuracy.
