• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in metal layout, fitup, laser programming and welding.
• Proven TIG and MIG welding expertise with stainless steel.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from detailed engineering blueprints.
• Strong skill in performing material takeoffs from technical drawings.
• Commitment to safety and precision in a fast-paced shop environment.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Perform precise layout and fitup for complex stainless steel weldments to meet exact project specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong skills in performing material takeoffs accurately from technical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior trade school completion or technical fabrication certifications.
• Experience operating automated CNC fabrication equipment and modern laser systems.
• Advanced background in industrial mechanical and custom shop manufacturing routines.
