LeoForce is seeking a skilled Fabricator in Ohio to transform raw materials into precise components and assemblies that meet industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands-on fabrication skills.
  • Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding methods.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Familiarity with calipers, tape measures, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
  • Knowledge of ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication processes.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
  • Mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, rigging procedures, and assembly techniques.
  • Sheet metal experience a plus.
  • Machining experience a plus
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate components.
  • Operate power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding to join metals according to ASME standards.
  • Use calipers and tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Execute pipe threading, frame/guard manufacturing, and assembly with rigging and mechanical knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols for construction site practices, crane operation, forklift handling, and power tool usage.
  • Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving plasma cutting, press brake operations, machining, soldering, and assembly tasks.

Salary: $25 - $28 per hour

Duties
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
