Job summary

Epika Fleet Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Shop Equipment Mechanic to service construction and industrial equipment across the Southeast. The role emphasizes precision repairs, diagnostics, and safe, reliable operation on customer sites.

You will diagnose issues using tools, perform repairs, document work, and order parts as needed while upholding excellent customer service and teamwork. A strong mechanical background and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment; aerial equipment experience a plus.
• Strong mechanical background, including various engine types, hydraulic and electrical systems, and construction equipment
• Experience using diagnostic tools and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Ownership of tools applicable to the position
• Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
• High school diploma and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
• Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Responsibilities
