MESO Inc. is seeking a Shop Equipment Mechanic to support construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast.

You will perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with emphasis on precision and safety, bringing hands-on, detail-oriented skills to every job. This role rewards experienced technicians who can diagnose issues with advanced tools, document service activities, and uphold strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical background across engine types, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and reading schematics/diagrams.
• Ownership of tools applicable to the position.
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service.

• Strong mechanical background, including various engine types, hydraulic and electrical systems, and construction equipment
• Experience using diagnostic tools and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Ownership of tools applicable to the position
• Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
• High school diploma and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
• Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
