M.E.S.O. Inc. is seeking experienced Equipment Mechanics/Service Technicians in Kansas City to perform advanced maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment. You will diagnose issues, document repairs, and order parts as needed.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, safety, and reliability, with a strong emphasis on independent problem solving and teamwork within a dynamic field service environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus).
Strong engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems knowledge.
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and diagnostic reports.
Ownership of the tools required to perform the job.
Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and MVR screening.
