Job summary

Northeast Asphalt, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Support Assistant to help manage shop operations and maintenance tasks.

You will assist in generating work orders, uploading documents, and coordinating with the Parts Manager to ensure parts availability for maintenance activities. Responsibilities include creating PM schedules, building PM parts kits, coding invoices, and maintaining accurate equipment records in the 360 system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, and report generation.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
• Elevated level of comfort with computer software and system navigation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially for data entry and documentation tasks.
• Comfortable working in both office and shop environments as needed.
• Willingness to become a power user of the E360 system, ensuring a prominent level ofproficiencyand troubleshooting capability.
• Experience with HCSS E360 system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist shop supervisors in generating, opening, and closing work orders accurately and on time.
• Scan and upload documents into the 360 system,ensuringall files are organized and accessible.
• Work with the Shop Parts Manager to ensure parts availability and proper documentation for maintenance tasks.
• Create and set up Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, ensuring they align with maintenance needs and available resources.
• Build PM parts kits, verifying that all required parts are included and properly documented with P&D (part and description) numbers.
• Code invoices to streamline the approval process and ensureaccurateaccounting for maintenance-related expenses.
• Assistwith creating andmaintainingreference parts tabs for easy access to essential part information.
• Regularly update equipment meters (e.g., hours, mileage) to keep track of equipment usage for maintenance purposes.
• Enter andmaintainequipment details accurately in the 360 system to ensure complete and up-to-date records.
• Organize and track repair requests, ensuringtimelyprocessing and prioritization based on urgency.
