Job summary

Aluvision Inc. seeks a Production Employee in our Duluth, GA facility to prepare and stage shipments, collaborate on outbound freight, and load vehicles for timely delivery. You will verify orders, assist with incoming freight, and maintain a safe staging area while supporting crating and packing processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience managing outbound freight logistics, including driver coordination, BOLs, packaging, staging, and loading
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods.
• A strong capacity to learn our product and processes.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on learning and continuous improvement.
• A time-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize based on operational schedules.
• Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit-down forklift.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, secure, and stage customer shipments for timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and process outbound shipments.
• Communicate with delivery drivers upon arrival and efficiently load shipments for transport.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness through thorough quality control inspections prior to shipment.
• Provide cross-functional support in the crating area as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming freight as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe staging area in accordance with workplace standards.
