Job summary

Aluvision Inc. is seeking a motivated Production Employee to support logistics in a manufacturing environment.

You will prepare, secure, and stage customer shipments for timely delivery, coordinate outbound shipments with the Logistics Coordinator, and load shipments for transport. You will verify order accuracy, assist with crating, and help receive incoming freight while maintaining a clean, safe staging area in line with workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience managing outbound freight logistics, including driver coordination, BOLs, packaging, staging, and loading.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with delivery drivers upon arrival and efficiently load shipments for transport.

• Assist with receiving and processing incoming freight as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe staging area in accordance with workplace standards.

This position reports to the VP of Operations and your responsibilities will include:

The ideal Production Employee will possess:

• Previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience managing outbound freight logistics, including driver coordination, BOLs, packaging, staging, and loading
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time
• A strong capacity to learn our product and processes
• Willingness to engage in hands-on learning and continuous improvement
• A time-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize based on operational schedules
• Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit-down forklift
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
