Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Competitions Coordinator to assist the Marketing & Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing competitive shooting events at our Moyock facilities. The role includes coordinating matches, supporting operations, and ensuring range safety.

You will design stages, supervise participants and scorekeepers, manage setup and breakdown, assist with registration, and help produce final reports while adapting to a fast-paced environment and varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Helping design stages, courses of fire and tournament schedules as well as performing safety briefings.
• Supervising shooting competitors and scorekeepers, ensuring they have necessary guidance and support.
• Building targets, barricades & stands. Coordinating range setup and breakdown, managing equipment checks, and verifying safety protocols before competition begins.
• Assisting with registration, squadding, tracking waivers, and compiling final match scores or reports.
• Mediating disputes or rule interpretations fairly, shielding front-line staff from competitor friction.
• Work is based in a busy training environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold and humidity. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. Must wear personal protective equipment as required by established Company safety standards. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required, and work schedule will vary.
