Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to create a welcoming environment and in-store culture that makes every customer feel the Famous Feeling. You will coach selling behaviors, drive sales, and own store operations from pricing to inventory to ensure a smooth, shoppable experience.

You’ll motivate the team, embrace diversity, and act as a culture influencer to deliver top-notch customer service and footwear recommendations that leave customers with the perfect fit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Proficient with general retail practices.
• Retail management experience or equivalent.
• Experience mentoring and training associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire teammates to deliver the Famous Feeling and coach selling behaviors.
• Drive sales with accountability to goals and performance.
• Know store operations from pricing to inventory and manage opening/closing.
• Collaborate with partners to accomplish tasks and follow company policies.
