Caleres' Famous Footwear division is seeking a Sales Lead in Lansdale to champion a welcoming store environment, mentor teammates, and deliver top-notch customer experiences. You will drive daily sales, manage pricing and inventory, and ensure the store shines from opening to closing while upholding company standards.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Team-oriented with ability to motivate others.
• Ability to multitask and communicate directions from store manager.
• Experience mentoring Associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
