Job summary

Famous Footwear at Wareham Crossing is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering a superior in-store experience. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, engage customers, and share knowledge about trends and our brands, contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture.

You’ll perform retail operations, drive sales, and maintain a clean, organized store ready for customers while modeling the Famous Footwear standard of exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
• Strong communication with store associates
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and shoppable
