Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead store operations. You will inspire teammates, drive sales, and maintain store standards while mentoring staff and upholding company policies.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, retail knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across store hours. You’ll contribute to a positive team environment and promote the Famous Footwear brand through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Has High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient with general retail practices and procedures.
• Some store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from the store manager.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
