Caleres is seeking a dynamic Famous Footwear Sales Lead to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll foster a welcoming environment, coach selling behaviors, and drive customer connection across our brands.

As a key member of the store team, you’ll manage daily operations, lead by example, and ensure top-notch service while hitting sales goals and maintaining organized, inviting displays. A flexible schedule supports holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Qualifikationen

• Proven knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience motivating a team to meet goals.
