Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in retail store management or relevant supervisory role preferred.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow store directions.
• Experience mentoring staff on selling and operating processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
