Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming store experience and drive customer engagement. You’ll be part of a team focused on presenting our brands, maintaining store standards, and helping customers find the perfect fit.

You’ll assist with pricing, shipments, and inventory; support a positive culture; and participate in training while upholding company policies. This full-time role offers generous footwear discounts, flexible scheduling, and career development

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teammates.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Good working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shoe selections to find the best fit.
• Maintain clean, organized store and handle pricing and inventory tasks.
• Contribute to a positive in-store culture and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
