Job summary

Caleres is seeking a dedicated Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create engaging customer experiences and drive store performance in a welcoming, shoe-loving environment. You will support daily operations, stock checks, and help customers find the perfect fit while upholding the Famous Feeling.

You will contribute to a positive team culture, participate in training, and adapt to a dynamic retail setting, including flexible scheduling and maintaining store standards across brands.
